At Nexdha.com, we aim to provide high-quality services through our platforms—Machpay and Learnacadme. We understand there may be situations requiring refunds, and this policy outlines our approach to ensure fairness and transparency.

Refund Policy for Machpay

Machpay services act as a payment facilitator between users and merchants or service providers.

  1. Eligibility for Refunds:

    • Refunds for payments made via Machpay are subject to the terms and conditions of the respective merchant or service provider.

    • Nexdha.com is not responsible for refunds or cancellations unless there is a verified system error.

  2. Incorrect Payment Details:

    • Nexdha.com will not reverse payments made to the wrong recipient or for an incorrect amount. Users are advised to contact the recipient for resolution.

  3. Technical Errors:

    • Refunds due to system failures or technical errors will be automatically processed within 3 working days and credited to the original payment method unless specified otherwise.

  4. Prepaid Recharge Transactions:

    • All prepaid recharges are final, and no refunds or exchanges will be offered for incorrect numbers or account details entered by the user.
       

Refund Policy for Learnacadme

Learnacadme offers courses and training programs with a flexible but structured refund approach.

  1. Refund Eligibility Before Course Start:

    • Students may apply for a full refund prior to the course start date.
       

  2. Refund Guidelines After Course Start:

    • Refunds are reviewed on a case-by-case basis under the following scenarios:

      • Withdrawal Within the First Week:

        • If less than 5% of the course content (up to 2 sessions) has been accessed, a 50% refund of the course fee will be provided.

      • Withdrawal After the First Week but Within Two Weeks:

        • If less than 10% of the course content has been accessed, a 20% refund will be provided.

      • After Two Weeks of Course Start:

        • A 10% refund will be considered only if no more than two sessions have been attended.

      • Beyond One Month or More Than 10% Accessed:

        • Refunds are not applicable once a student has accessed over 10% of the course content or if over one month has elapsed since enrollment.

  3. Processing Timeline:

    • Refund requests will be processed within 45 days after deducting applicable processing fees.

  4. Non-Refundable Fees:

    • Registration or administrative fees incurred during the admission process are non-refundable.

  • Refunds will be credited to the original payment method unless an alternative is specified.
